ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line), is a technology that provides broadband Internet access over a standard telephone line, at speeds that are an order of magnitude faster than the best dial up modem connection. Unlike traditional modem based 'Dial up' access, ADSL is an always-on technology, which means that you don't have to wait to connect up - your computer is always 'on the internet'.
ADSL operates through your standard telephone line without interrupting your use of the telephone. ADSL allows you can make and receive telephone calls at the same time as you use the Internet, you do not need a second telephone line.
If you live in southern Queensland, then you should check out our High Speed, Secure Wireless Broadband services, which are much more reliable and faster than the standard ADSL Broadband Connections.
